I always get hooked to easy recipe ideas but I get really fired up by “Double Bill” kind of recipe ideas where you could finish up two different dishes putting in as much effort as needed to prepare a single dish only (or a little bit of extra effort , but only a little bit honestly!) and surely not twice as much.

TODAY’S MENU: GOROM BHAT AR SORSHE BATA DIYE ILLISH MACH (BOILED RICE AND HILSHA FISH-IN-MUSTARD-SAUCE)
Its most likely that every Bengali knows the recipe of Hilsha in mustard sauce (though I did not till a few years back and used to leaf through the cook book), so I am not including any recipe here. Nevertheless if any of my visitors wishes for its recipe, please leave a note here. I would love to share it with you. Happy eating!!!
